A new protest at the Kennedy Center tells you everything you need to know about the left – RedState
Democrats have their lowest approval rating ever, at 18%, as we reported earlier this week.
It’s not hard to understand why, when you look at their behavior. They seem entirely focused on hating Trump, without doing anything productive. Their latest subject of outrage is the Kennedy Center. They lost their minds after the board voted to add President Donald Trump’s name to the Center because of his efforts to help restore it.
“Journalist” Jim Acosta didn’t even pretend to be objective and threw a tantrum on Friday. He said “shit” was going to “go down” once Team Trump was done. He received a brutal education from Center President Ric Grenell, who told him how the building had been restored and the finances put in much better shape (after record fundraising). Acosta did not care about this reality; It didn’t help that his speech attacked Trump.

So, of course, instead of thanking Trump, they brought in a small group of people to protest the name change.
Guess who was there? Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s margarita buddy, Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), deplored the “horror” and “desecration.” Van Hollen said the question was simply “when” Trump’s name was going to come out of the building.

Here’s a thought. Perhaps the desecration had let it fall into disrepair. Why didn’t they care? If Trump doesn’t care about the arts, as Van Hollen claims, why would he bother restoring the Center?

Did Van Hollen care about the harmful effects of illegal immigration on our country? Van Hollen has no credibility to weigh in on anything after what he did.
These are the Democrats who are not working to lower prices, but simply to attack Trump. They have to fight no matter what he does, no matter what happens.
Oh, and yes, it was a serious protest.
We noted how they achieved a fundraising record for the Kennedy Center Honors event. But that’s not all, as Roma Daravi, vice president of public relations at the Trump Kennedy Center, said. explain. She said Trump has raised more than $131 million in private and corporate donations; the president even convinced Congress to provide funds for infrastructure needs that were desperately needed.
So Democrats can continue to get angry, but Trump will continue to attack problems and make things better.
