Easy mango cucumber salad – minimalist baker recipes

How to make mango cucumber salad

- 2 ½ cups chopped ripe mango, cut into small cubes (2-3 large mangoes make ~ 2 ½ cups or 550 g)
- 2 cups cucumber, cut into small cubes (We prefer the English cucumber // 1 large cucumber gives ~ 2 cups or 250 g)
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, in neighborhoods
- 2 Tablespoon Finely chopped shallot (1 small shallot gives ~ 2 tablespoons or 20 g // or red underside)
- 2 Tablespoon Finely chopped or parsley coriander
- 2 Tablespoon lime juice (1 lime returns ~ 2 tablespoons or 30 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (optionalDepending on the blackberry / sweetness of your mango)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
