Lady Gaga will release the song “Wednesday” for season 2

It is hardly a surprise given the generalized speculation on the fans, but two sources close to the situation confirm Variety That Lady Gaga will release a song entitled “Dead Dance” which will appear in the next season 2 of the Netflix series managed by Tim Burton “Wednesday”.

The song and the video should be released next month to coincide with its appearance in the show as Rosaline Rotwood, a “legendary teacher Nevermore who crosses Wednesday”.

Gaga representatives refused to confirm or refuse the report.

At the beginning of last month, several media indicated that Gaga, which is currently on its “Mayhem Ball” tour, and Burton had been spotted on the island of Xochimilco dolls, south of Mexico City, which is allegedly haunted and included hundreds of decaying dolls that have died between trees and structures.

Burton spoke with Gaga outpouring in the premiere of season 2 of “Wednesday” in London last week, saying that working the multi-hyphenate artist in the series was “inspiring”.

Gaga was not present during the first because of her current Chaos ball tour, but joined a casting that includes Jenna Ortega, Catherine Zeta-Jones and New Faces Steve Buscemi as a new main Barry Dort and Joanna Lumley as a grandmother on Wednesday.

“It is such an artist and therefore for me, working with an artist is an inspiration,” said Burton, who directs and executes “Wednesday”, told Variety Gaga. “But I felt like this about Joanna and Steve, with whom I worked before. These people come on this set, you see the whole crew light up. It is a nice thing to see.”

Burton also recently teased that he could collaborate with Gaga in the future, telling the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy that he “did something else with her”. Questioned by Variety if he could reveal more details or confirm that they work together again, Burton replied: “No, I can’t. But I hope yes.”
