Connections 105: Death can come without warning

Monica Williams-Murphy, MD, is an emergency doctor and author of It’s good to die. I have quoted it a few times in the past two years in my weekly editions of Care Connections.
I would like to do it again and this time in his book, It’s good to dieRegarding 10% of us who will die unexpectedly:
“Death can come without warning … It can fly to you quickly and with great strength … The lesson I learned by taking care of these people and their families, and that you wanted you to realize is this: life is ephemeral and fragile. Live and love as if every day was your last. Do not leave words not helped, leave no plans without plans. ”
