Bobby’s death is sad, but it was not the most heartbreaking 9-1-1 season 8 (and I know you missed it)

9-1-1 Season 8 has taken a bright turn when he killed Bobby Nash, but an even sadder episode hides in sight. Peter Krause’s fire captain played a decisive role 9-1-1The most comforting moments, often acting as a paternal figure, a mentor or a friend of his intrepid firefighter team. Throughout eight seasons of 9-1-1Bobby helped train a chosen family.
With the way it was essential of a character, it is not surprising that Bobby’s death 9-1-1 Season 8 has collected a universal tumult and a backlash for firefighters’ drama. Not only did the 118 lost their fearless leader, but Athena Grant (Angela Bassett) looked at the love of her life. For each 9-1-1 character, The death of Bobby went beyond a first feller fallen.
Seismic Shifts was the first 9-1-1 episode not to present Peter Krause
Before the final, Bobby was in each episode
However, even after his death, he did not have the impression that Bobby had really disappeared 9-1-1. In the immediate result, Bobby appeared first via Flashback then as a demonstration of Athena’s sorrow In 9-1-1 Season 8, episode 16. When she investigated a bizarre case for a woman that Bobby saved a fire, Athena had trouble accepting the premature disappearance of Bobby.
9-1-1 Season 8, episode 17 only twisted the knife by opening onto an almost hallucinatory and dreamlike sequence of 118 – including a smiling bobby – gathered around a table for a family meal. The scene set up unresolved sorrow from Buck (Oliver Stark), which has persisted throughout the episode.
Bobby was no longer a character – he was a subject of discussion.
THE 9-1-1 The final of season 8, however, really said goodbye to Bobby. While ATHENA and the firefighters responded to a structural collapse, Bobby was only present by word of mouth. The characters discussed their feelings and their apprehension concerning the future, but Bobby was no longer a character – it was a subject of discussion.
The absence of the captain at the end of 9-1-1 Season 8 no longer seems strange only when you consider how Bobby appeared in the 123 episodes before “seismic changes”. During each episode of “start”, Bobby was either in flashbacks or current scenes. Even when Athena brought the show to Florida in season 6, Bobby was the only firefighter to appear.
Why “seismic changes” are secretly more heartbreaking than the episode of death and bobby funeral
He marks the real turning point of 9-1-1
Since Peter Krause did not appear, there was another type of tragedy in the 9-1-1 The final of season 8, because it turned into a real sending of the beloved captain. To some extent, “Sismic shifts” replaces Bobby– First of all with Chimney (Kenneth Choi) as an elected captain and later with the newborn with Chimney and Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt), literally named Bobby Nash Han.
