Braves vs yankees seen: Atlanta turns to Joey Wentz for the start

After a funny victory and very 2023 brave style on Friday evening, Joey Wentz will take the mound for Atlanta with a chance of serial victory against the formidable Yankees of the Stars Pause.

Wentz returned to its draft organization after being exchanged for Shane Greene on the deadline for trade in 2019 and bouncing a little around the League. The huge Lefty was essentially a replacement level launcher since he made his MLB debut in 2022. He still had interesting throws, but walks were a huge problem for Wentz and his quick ball was touched. That said, he had an impressive round of 3.0, 6 sticks to the stick for Atlanta during his beginnings for the team. The brave has almost made him throw a bunch of cutters, then mix mainly in fast bullets and a few curve balls from there. Although it is not really a recipe for a major league starter, it is a launcher that can possibly pass once through rotation and be solid. He has always had trouble finding the area, but obtained a ton of puffs on his cutter. It will be interesting to see Wentz’s approach on Saturday and how many strikers they try to get out of him.

The Yankees will start Will Warren on the other side, and he has the appearance of a real major league starter in his young career, although walks are also weak for him. He has withdrawn an impressive 10.75 throats per 9 sleeves in his young career of 118.0 rounds so far. Warren found a lot of success with its four runners from a fairly low arm location, despite its speed and shape slightly lower than the average. He has a real mixture of five steps, with a sweeper, a change, a lead and a curved bullet which all have a fairly strong movement but which have played as mediocre throws against the strikers of the major league.

Warren is a beautiful launcher, but not a drummer in the world and the brave offensive should be able to join him, especially if the breaking of the stars has jogging their memories of the way of hitting.
