Updated precipitation reports for July 15 and 16

Northland experienced generally rains and storms on Tuesday July 15 and continuing on Wednesday. This started as strong thunderstorms near the international border in the North, migrated to the region of the Minnesota arrow head on Tuesday morning.
After a brief lull at midday, the rain and the storms accelerated again Tuesday afternoon for Minnesota and Wisconsin. There were several watches, warnings and opinions displayed for bad weather and possible floods. The Storm Track weather team has kept an eye on the systems when they developed and continued on Wednesday.
