Max Holloway landed in Louisiana before her fight against the title of BMF of the UFC 318 against Dustin Poirier in just a week.

On July 19, Max Holloway returned to the octagon for the first time since his brutal defeat of Ko against Ilia Topuria at the UFC 308 when he defended his BMF title against Dustin Poirier in the main event of the UFC 318.

Before his fight against trilogy against Poirier, Holloway highlighted his greatest rivalry as his key motivation in this fight, not wanting to lose another trilogy.

And after the recent victory of the Topuria Light title, “ Bled ” has an additional motivation because he believes that he could ensure a revenge match against “ El Matador ” for the 155 lb strap.

Holloway landed in Louisiana after some `little fear ”

At the height of this fight, a large part of the story surrounded the fact that it is the final fight of pear in sport, because it will drop off its gloves once and for all.

“What’s new guys, we are here in Louisiana, finally after a few little fear, you know, longer layoffs and thunderstorms preventing us from going back. We are all good now, we are here, we have checked,” said Holloway in a video on her YouTube channel.

“We are leaving to get food, we will see what Louisiana’s food is, I am a 155lber now so that I can somehow enjoy it, so we came early,” he continued.

Although Topuria gave him her very first KO defeat, Holloway credited Justin Gaethje as the hardest striker he has ever faced, declaring that he could feel the intensity of the shots of the Highlight, and he couldn’t with Spanish.
