Sri Lanka T20i Squad for series against Bangladesh announced that the winner of the Asia Cup is coming back
The Sri Lankan team, which now organizes the side of Bangladesh for a one-month series in the three formats of the game, is done with red format as well as the ODI format and are preparing for the shortest format of the game.
They will play three T20I games in this series, which will start on July 10 in Kandy and will be followed by two other games to play on July 13 and 16 in Dambulla and Colombo, respectively.

They recalled their veterans, Dasun Shanaka, the former skipper and versatile Chamika Karunaratne, on the side. They replace players like Bhanuka Rajapaka and Chamindu Wickramasinghe of the previous part.
In addition, the versatile launcher Dunith Wellalage was added to the team, and Eshan Malinga also finds himself in the middle of the selection in the national configuration.

Bangladesh Histoire Oux: Look for the first victory of the ODI series in Sri Lanka

Lankais’ victory in Asia
The Lankan team, dating from 2022, won the title Asia Cup T20. It was the 6th title of Sri Lanka in the general classification and their first title in the shortest format of the game. They are the second most successful team in the history of the Asian Cup with 6 titles in their name, only behind India, which have 8 titles in their name.
The Asian Cup 2025 returns with the shorter format, and the Lankais would seek to prepare for the tournament, while they are looking to win again.
