The boss of France, Laurent Bonadei, made the surprising decision to leave Captain Wendie Renard of the team – as well as the record goalscorer Eugenie Le Sommer – and his former teammate of Lyon Bronze thinks that this could weaken the Blue.
“Wendie is a good friend of me. She is the quintessence of what I would describe as a figure of captain,” said Bronze de Renard, who won 168 caps.
โWhen I was in Lyon, everything she did as a person and as a player, there was nothing you could no longer. I’m sure she will be devastated not to be one of the euros.

The midfielder Grace Geyoro also thinks that the mental state of France is the key to success.
She said, “Since we have been preparing for tournaments a year or two years in advance, when you arrive at competition and you are eliminated quickly, yes, at some point, it also has an impact on the mind.
