Taye Diggs to play in the independent romantic drama “the woman of another man”

Taye Diggs, whose series of romantic films includes classics like “The Best Man”, “Brown Sugar” and “The Wood”, returns to the genre with the independent feature film “The woman of another man”.
Diggs features in front of Sydney Mitchell (“Black Mafia Family”, “First Wives Club”) and Moritz J. Williams (“P-Valley”, “Kingdom business”). Diggs plays Brendan, a millionaire who makes a shocking offer to a married couple in crisis, Maya (Mitchell) and Shawn (Williams), who are financially devastated and take care of a terminal parent. As the line line of the film explains, “which starts as an act of survival in an emotional calculation with high issues on the confidence, love and the ultimate cost of sacrifice.”
“Another Man’s Wife” is directed by the emerging filmmaker VIERE NIBLACK-GRAY from a script by BRIANA COLE. The project, which recently finished filming in Atlanta, is produced by Doug Schwab of Maverick Entertainment and J. Carter by Freeli Films.
Diggs, whose stage and screen credits also include “All-American”, “Private Practice”, “How Stella has recovered its groove” and the original distribution of “Broadway back”, more recently with “Terry McMillan presents de Lifetime: Forever”. Last month, Lifetime acquired a second film from McMillan, “His, Hers & Bear”, with Diggs, as part of a collaboration during franchise with the successful author of the New York Times. Later this summer, Diggs returns to Broadway to join the cast of “Moulin Rouge!” It is represented by Range Media Partners.
Mitchell is represented by Vision Entertainment and the Dulcedo Agency and Williams is replaced by Trè Thomas in Brown byo Management.
