Valdosta, Ga. (Walb) – Parents of the Wild Adventures themed park in Valdosta, Georgia, tell Walb that park lovers are stuck on trips for almost an hour due to a power failure.
According to the parents of the park.
Walb has received photos and videos showing that some of the runners are starting to be removed from the rides.
We contacted wild adventures to find out what caused this breakdown and know more about the steps they took to solve the problem.
A widespread disturbance in power linked to a nearby public service, had an impact on operations in Wild Adventures and the surrounding community earlier this afternoon. Our teams have implemented established security procedures, including driving evacuations if necessary.
We are deeply grateful to our dedicated hosts and our local emergency staff for their rapid response and their professionalism in the management of the situation.
Food has now been fully restored. We are also pleased to confirm that the concert tonight will take place as planned.
The guests who were in the park at the time of the breakdown received rain checks. We recognize that some guests have experienced important disruptions for their visit, and we sincerely apologize. We greatly appreciate the patience and understanding of our guests during this situation.
