Monterey chicken sandwich

A tasty sandwich with barbecue chicken, melted cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato!
ingredients
- 1 Book breasts or boneless and skinless chicken thighs, in finely sliced slices or cut into pieces of bite
- 2 tablespoons of oil (or mayonnaise)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon of paprika

- 8 Bacon bands
- 1/4 barbecue sauce cup
- 4 cheese slices (cheddar, or jack, etc.)
- 4 buns or 8 slices of bread (gluten -free for gluten -free)
- 1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise (optional)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, trench
- 1/4 cup of red onion sliced finely
instructions
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture of oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne, covered, in the refrigerator, for 20 minutes until the night.
