Elon Musk says he “regrets” some of his messages on Donald Trump

Elon Musk says he “regrets” some of his messages last week during his quarrel with Potus Donald Trump.
Musk went to Twitter / X this morning to offer a contrition, saying that his messages “went too far”. He did not specify which messages have crossed a line, but he seems to have deleted his most nuclear declaration about Trump appearing in the files of Jeffrey Epstein. The White House rubbed the claim without application.
Last week, Musk described Trump’s tax bill as “disgusting abomination”, leading to an explosive word of words between the boss of Tesla and the former Trump ally. Trump last week said that their relationship was over and that he had no interest in repairing links with musk.
Musk urged the Americans to call their representatives in Washington to “kill the bill”. In response, Trump said Musk had “lost his head” and threatened to cancel his government contracts, which have an estimated value of $ 38 billion (28 billion pounds Sterling). Musk seemed to have deleted many of his messages over the weekend, including one who called for the dismissal of Trump.
Musk was the biggest donor of Trump’s presidential campaign in 2024. The possibility of a potential thaw in relations seems to be greeted by investors. Tesla’s share price increased by 2.6% in trading before the market.
