Adams hits the hat -trick in a friendly victory

Scottish striker Che Adams marked a hat -trick while Steve Clarke’s team bounced the defeat in Iceland to win in Liechtenstein.
The former Southampton striker – now playing for Torino in Italy – had only marked once in his last 19 caps before the trip to Vaduz.
But he ignited himself with power after only four minutes to adjust the nerves after the local team failed to release a corner.
Adams doubled the advance when he went from 15 yards after a good job from the 18 -year -old midfielder Lennon Miller.

Adams’ head through the goal at the start of the second half was affected by Ipswich striker George Hirst, for his first international goal.
And Adams finished his triples at the last minute when he went in a crossroads by Tommy Conway.
Adams told BBC Scotland: “I am happy to get on the match sheet and help the team.
“It’s nice to score for Scotland, it hasn’t happened much since I was here.
“We knew it would be difficult, the conditions were not excellent, but we were very professional and our mentality was perfect.
“It was important to sign this year with victory. We are happy that we have put things from Iceland’s match. ”
