The fever sail towards the second eruption of the sky this season

Kelsey Mitchell scored a 17-point summit and Natasha Howard raised 13 to raise the Indiana fever over the Sky 79-52 in Chicago on Saturday in the first WNBA game played at United Center.

Indiana (4-4) forced Chicago (2-5) in 21 reversals. The fever led the wire wire and built an advance of 30 points almost three weeks after having sent the sky by 35.

Success of Indiana propelled in depth. The fever hit 11 3 points for the second consecutive match, led by Aari McDonald (12 points), which connected to three beyond the arc.

Aliyah Boston added 11 points for Indiana. Lexie Hull led the team with six rebounds, while Boston, Howard and Mitchell caught five each to help Indiana to an advantage of 32-30 on the glass.

Chicago dragged up to 14 in the first half while the fever took an advantage of 41-28 in the intermission.

Mitchell (nine points) and Howard (eight) led a balanced attack for Indiana before the break. The fever has committed 11 assists on 14 goals on the field in first half.

Caitlin Clark of Indiana (left quad) and Sophie Cunningham (right ankle) missed the match. Clark played in the home victory of the fever season against Chicago on May 17 with a triple-double (20 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds).

Clark’s impact on ticket sales when entering the League in 2024 helped to spend the Wentrust Arena game in United Center, home of the NBA Chicago Bulls. A crowd of 19,496 at Sky franchise record attended the match. The teams should meet in United Center on July 27.

Indiana won five of the six in the series of all time.
