JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Multiple power outages were reported in Region 8 Sunday evening as a cold front brought strong winds to the area.
North Arkansas Electric Cooperative reported an outage affecting about 600 customers after high winds downed power lines.
Most of the outages had been resolved by 5:20 p.m., but several hundred customers were still without power, the cooperative said.
Current outages are listed below.
- Independence County – 105
- Sharp County – 13
- Baxter County – 9
