Hudson Williams Slams Deuxmoi, Who Says ‘Passionate Rivalry’ Star Has a Girlfriend

Hudson Williams responds to remarks made about his personal life amid the rise of ‘Heated Rivalry.’ Williams, who plays Shane Hollander on the hit Crave/HBO Max series, was a topic of discussion during the latest episode of the “Deux U” podcast, hosted by Deuxmoi.

When discussing the show, the co-host said, “I didn’t find the acting that strong,” to which the host responded, “People don’t watch it for the acting.” » She then declared that there was “no conspiracy.”

Later in the episode, they discussed the actors’ personal lives. “If you received the Deuxmoi newsletter, it was revealed – now this is according to the fans, this is not information that I received – that Hudson Williams has a girlfriend,” the host said, then sharing the alleged girlfriend’s name and revealing that she is a tattoo artist who gave Williams and her co-star, Connor Storrie, their matching “Sex Sells” tattoos.

The clip received a ton of backlash via Instagram and has since been deleted; the podcast episode is still online. But before it was removed from Instagram, Williams responded by commenting: “You know what, I don’t like you that much anymore, deuxmoi.”

Shortly after the series debuted in November, creator Jacob Tierney, Williams and Storrie did a joint interview with Xtra and were asked if it was necessary to talk about their personal relationships. Tierney immediately spoke up.

“I’ll answer that question for them. I don’t think there’s any reason to get into this stuff,” he said. “I’ll tell you something about the casting of these two roles. You can’t ask questions like that in casting, right? It’s actually against the law. So what you have to evaluate is someone’s enthusiasm and willingness to do the job. And that’s what’s so impressive about these two guys is that they came in there saying, ‘Yes, we’re here to do this, and we’re here to make this story authentic and as real as possible.” And they knocked it out of the park.

In an interview published on December 22, Storrie told Vulture that he understands the interest in his personal life, but has no interest in sharing more.

“It’s the first time in my life that I’ve had so many eyes on me. They’ve seen me naked, they’ve seen me kissing, they’ve seen me in love with a man on screen – it’s completely normal for people to try to transfer that into the real life of me and Hudson,” he said. “I feel honored to be able to bring to life someone who so many people feel seen, understood and represented by, and I think that transcends who I sleep with in my real life.”
