‘My Hero Academia’ Concert Tour Unveils Trailer and Key Visual

Toho has revealed a trailer and key visual for the “My Hero Academia In Concert” world tour.
The tour, produced by GEA Live, is scheduled to begin on May 30, 2026 at the Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall in Japan before expanding to international stages.
The touring production will transform the beloved anime series into a live cinematic concert experience, featuring music by composer Hayashi Yuki performed by a band in sync with scenes from all eight seasons of the series displayed on a large-scale screen. The performance will feature iconic battles, emotional moments and decade-defining character scenes from the series.
Hayashi’s compositions, including fan-favorite themes “You Say Run” and “You Can Become a Hero,” will be performed live while the visuals unfold on screen, aiming to capture the tension, triumph and emotional stakes that have defined the series.
“This concert offers fans a powerful new way to experience the story they love,” said Floris Douwes, producer and general manager of GEA Live. “Hayashi’s score is the emotional heartbeat of “My Hero Academia.” Played live, each note raises the stakes – the victories, the defeats and the determination that defines what it means to be a hero.
The concert aims to honor the series’ legacy for longtime fans and newcomers alike through what organizers describe as a high-energy collective experience.
Based on the manga by Horikoshi Kohei, “My Hero Academia” takes place in a world where approximately 80% of the population possesses superpowers called Quirks. The story follows Midoriya Izuku and his classmates at UA High School as they train to become professional heroes. The animated series concluded its eighth and final season in fall 2025.
GEA Live has produced location-based entertainment for brands including PlayStation, “Avatar: The Last Airbender”, “Demon Slayer” and composer Ennio Morricone, operating within Sony Music’s Masterworks Live division. The company has performed shows in more than 40 countries.
