Melania Trump announces creation of production company Muse Films

First Lady Melania Trump has launched her own production company.

Announced Friday on Trump’s official social media channels, the First Lady announced that she had launched Muse Films. This announcement comes ahead of the release of Amazon MGM Studios’ feature-length documentary about her, Melanie.

“INTRODUCING: MUSE FILMS My new production company,” Trump wrote alongside a video featuring the company’s logo. “MELANIA, the film, exclusively in theaters worldwide on January 30, 2026.”

Muse was reportedly the Secret Service code name for Trump during President Donald Trump’s first term.

THE Melanie Director Brett Ratner’s documentary — his first film since he was accused of sexual misconduct and harassment — was produced with Trump’s participation. The film will then be accompanied by a three-part documentary series.

Melanie offers unprecedented access to the 20 days leading up to the 2025 presidential inauguration – through the eyes of the First Lady-elect herself,” the paper describes. “Enter the world of Melania Trump as she orchestrates inauguration plans, navigates the complexities of the White House transition, and re-enters public life with her family. With exclusive footage capturing critical meetings, private conversations and never-before-seen environments, Melanie shows Mrs. Trump’s return to one of the most powerful roles in the world.

Amazon will release the film exclusively in theaters in the United States and select overseas territories on January 30, 2026.

Trump is executive producer of the documentary, alongside Fernando Sulichin, who produced the Oliver Stone film. Snowden and that of Sean Penn Flag Day.
