However, the DC Universe is home to beings so powerful that they could single-handedly take down the entire Avengers lineup in seconds. The last two entries might surprise you.
Doctor Manhattan: a divine being of pure quantum energy

Doctor Manhattan is an almost omnipotent being of Guardians who later became a major figure in the wider DC Universe. He makes for a particularly unique entry on this list, having started out as an average human before ascending to divine power. Originally a nuclear physicist named Jonathan Osterman, he was transformed during a laboratory accident that forever altered his existence.
The accident occurred when Osterman became trapped in a radioactive particle testing chamber. The force of the generator tore him apart, vaporizing his body and seemingly killing him. However, he was actually transported beyond the physical realm and returned as a being of pure quantum energy. With control of matter, time, and reality itself, Doctor Manhattan could wipe out the Avengers effortlessly.
Lucifer Morningstar: manipulator of matter, energy, time and souls

Another DC character who could easily solo the Avengers is none other than Lucifer Morningstar, who is the DC Universe’s version of Abrahamic’s Lucifer. Lucifer is a near-omniscient divine being and the fallen son of The Presence, DC’s version of the Abrahamic God, making him one of the most powerful entities in all existence.
DC has long established Lucifer as a being whose power is rivaled only by his brother, Michael Demiurgos, and surpassed only by his father. The Avengers’ only chance against this divine being would be to exploit his pride, as a physical confrontation would be hopeless since Lucifer can manipulate matter, energy, souls, and time on a multiversal scale.
Michael Demiurgos: The Archangel who is raw power

Like his brother Lucifer Morningstar, Michael Demiurgos is nearly all-powerful and among the most powerful beings in the DC Universe as the son of The Presence. His power complements that of Lucifer, Michael embodying the raw energy of creation while Lucifer gives it form. Although he lacks the ability to shape creation, Michael remains the second most powerful being in the DCU.
As an archangel, Michael possesses immense strength, speed, endurance, agility, flight, and the divine power of God. He is also immortal, with only another celestial being capable of seriously injuring or killing him. While Lucifer and Michael may rank among the second and third most powerful beings in the DC Universe, their father, The Presence, stands above it all. As the DC version of the Abrahamic God, his abilities are not clearly defined, but he is essentially omnipotent, infinite, and eternal, embodying the very concept of divine creation and ultimate authority within the DC cosmos.
Like the “One above all” of DC, The Presence created all existence, including the entire DC Universe and its most powerful entities. His power transcends all limits, allowing him to effortlessly reshape reality itself. Elaine Belloc: successor to La Présence

Although originally only a half-angel, she eventually inherits omnipotence and becomes God after her uncle, Lucifer Morningstar, abdicates creation, placing her among the most powerful beings in the DC Universe.
From the moment she assumes the mantle of The Presence, Elaine is considered the most powerful being in existence, surpassing even Michael and Lucifer. Her abilities make her an entity far beyond the capabilities of the Avengers, capable of defeating them effortlessly. Darkseid: DC’s new OMEGA KING

Although Darkseid is widely known as one of the most powerful and evil characters in the DC Universe, some readers might be surprised to see him on this list, as his usual power levels pale in comparison to beings like The Presence. However, recent developments in DC comics have drastically altered his abilities and elevated him to unprecedented heights.
In the DC KO crisis event, Darkseid reaches an extraordinary level of power, having destroyed the past and present and moving closer to total conquest.
