Robert Irwin’s ‘Wicked’ Routine on ‘DWTS’ Sparks Intense Fan Reactions

Robert Irwin wowed viewers with a stunning jazz routine on Dancing with the starsWicked night, but fans had to question the judges’ scores.
The wildlife defender and his partner Witney Carson performed a technically difficult routine at one of the WickedThe most popular musical numbers from “Dancing Through Life”. Their performance captured elements of the film’s iconic scene, but the judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, Bruno Tonioliand guest judge Jobs Men didn’t give dance partners a single 10.
Fans shared their disappointment via Facebook in the comments section of a post on the show applauding Irwin and Carson’s efforts. The caption for a series of performance photos read: “Robert and Witney brought the Ozdust Ballroom to DWTS with their incredible Wicked Jazz at night.”
One fan disagreed with the scores and wrote: “What do the judges have against giving Robert a 10?” A second viewer agreed: “I was expecting at least a 10.”

A third DWTS one fan said: “He deserved a 10. Like, what should Robert do?” A fourth social media user opines: “Probably because he already has a huge fan base so they thought the votes would save him because it wouldn’t make sense otherwise, smh.”

Robert Irwin received his highest scores of the season so far Dancing with the stars reached the halfway point of the season. For his Wicked– jazz-themed routine, Irwin and Witney Carson received four nines.
Before this dance, the wildlife defender received a high score of three nines and an eight for a moving Dedication Night performance. Irwin danced on Phil Collins” “You will be in my heart”, in honor of his mother, Terri Irwin.
With only nine couples remaining, the competition continues to get more and more intense for its celebrity contestants. Despite Irwin’s popularity, he and Carson are lagging behind Jordan Chiles And Esdras SosaAnd Whitney Leavitt And Marc Ballaswho both received 10s from the judges on Wicked night.
Dancing with the starscelebrates Halloween for its October 28 episode. The series airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+ and the following day on Hulu.
