My experience with Qualia Nad + (and benefits)

Recently, there was more buzz around Nad + and some of the incredible ways he benefits from the body. You have heard me preach about magnesium many times and how it is necessary for at least 300 reactions in the body. But Nad? More than 400 enzymes in the body require NAD, more than any other vitamin co-enzyme.
I recently had the opportunity to try the Nad + supplement of Qualia, so I wanted to share my reflections on this subject. And in the process, I learned much more about Nad and why it is so important for our body.
What is Nad?
In scientific terms, the NAD is short for the coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. Most of our fabrics can also convert it in another form, NADP. It helps us transform the carbohydrates, fats and proteins that we eat in ATP, which feeds our cells.
Our bodies use NAD in many processes through the body. Nad is also involved in many different areas of our health.
To start, Nad maintains our integrity of the genome and our expression of genes. It also helps our cells to communicate with each other and maintain the antioxidant function in our cells. It plays an essential role in our metabolic paths and helps our cells and tissues to stay healthy and function as they should. NAD also helps natural DNA repair and the function of immune cells. One of the biggest roles he plays is to help us maintain healthy cells and energy as we age.
The advantages of Nad for a healthy body and mind
The NAD helps to repair DNA damage by daily wear on the body. Nad also plays a big role in maintaining the length of our telomeres. These DNA end caps keep our chromosomes clean and well stored.
NAD also helps the natural body process to protect our cells from stress effects and helps them be more resilient. The researchers have linked NAD to energy, muscle recovery, the best memory and concentration.
How to get Nad
Nad is not something that we directly get food or supplements. On the contrary, when we consume vitamin B3 (niacin), our body converts it to NAD. Certain foods are fortified with niacin, but they are often very processed breads and cereals. Our body can also convert the tryptophan of amino acid into niacin. However, the way we can really convert TRYPTOPHANE to niacin varies a lot by person.
You can find niacin naturally in certain foods, especially animal food. The liver, chicken and turkey contain some of the highest quantities. However, you would need to eat 25 portions of chicken breasts or 17 portions of beef per day to match the same amount of B3 in the Nad + supplement of Qualia. And since niacin is soluble in water, our body needs it daily and does not keep it.
If we take a real NAD, our body is struggling to use it because it is such a large molecule. Nad is not very useful when it is at one end and to the other! Instead, when we take pioneers NAD (AKA Niacin), our body can better do its own Nad which is much more bioavailable.
Even with these NAD precursors, our body needs other nutrients to really absorb and use the NAD.
The problem with aging
While I quickly approach mature age, I am even more aware of healthy aging. Fortunately, there is a lot of lifestyle choice that we have control that can help this process become more fluid. Several times, when we think of anti-aging products such as anti-wrinkle creams and lotions come to my mind. However, real healthy aging begins at the cellular level of the interior.
As we get older, we are not only less nad, but our body breaks down what we do faster. Our body releases a compound called CD-38 to help control NAD levels. The drawback is that as we age, NAD levels become much lower while our CD-38 increases. So we are starting to decompose the Nad Plus and the levels can become too low.
The NAD in decline is linked to a variety of diseases associated with aging. These include the decline in brain function, cancer, metabolic diseases and skeletal muscle loss. And since the muscle is the organ of longevity, we want to maintain it as much as possible!
The good news is that the restoration of NAD levels can help with healthy aging.
Get enough nad
If you don’t want to eat 17 portions of beef liver every day, the best way is to complete! The simple taking of niacin (the pioneer of Nad), however, has its disadvantages. Our body needs other co-factors so that we absorb and really use niacin / nad.
This is where Qualia’s Nad + supplement really shines. They formulated it to contain several different ingredients that all work together for better bioavailability. Here is an overview of some of the ingredients and why they are included.
Trans-residence – Resveratrol is naturally found in dark bays and grapes. This polyphenol antioxidant has been shown to decrease brain inflammation and can help sharpen memory. When used alongside the NAD, the trans-resistant and other antioxidants help prevent the NAD from decomposing too quickly in the body.
B vitamins – Niacin (the pioneer of NAD) is also known as vitamin B3. The Nad + supplement of Qualia also contains a complete spectrum of vitamins B. If we only take B3, this can cause an imbalance in the body over time. We also need vitamins B for energy, cell repair and brain function. And unlike synthetic versions, these are cultivated in Brewer’s yeast for optimal absorption.
Magnesium – Although I regularly take a magnesium supplement, it can also help the body to better use the NAD. Magnesium supports the enzymes that make Nad and help keep mitochondria healthy so that Nad can do his job better.
Aquamin – A mixture of traces of minerals made from red seaweed. Minerals play a role in enzymes help in the body that use NAD for things like DNA repair to help it work more effectively. These minerals also help mitochondria to stay healthy and maintain NAD optimal reports.
Biological coffee maker – It is not the shrub of coffee that grows along the west coast. Also known as coffee cherries, it is the fruit of the coffee bean plant. For a long time, coffee cherries have been rejected as waste, but more recently, scientists discover their advantages.
More on Coffeeberry
Coffee fruits are rich in antioxidants that support healthy cell aging and improve the immune system. He also plays a role in protecting the healthy brain function and the fight against age -related brain problems. Coffee fruit also has caffeine that helps us use NAD better.
Caffeine turns on the AMPK enzyme, which helps our cells manage our energy levels. When energy drops, AMPK then stimulates the production of NAD. It is also linked to the regulation of our metabolism and helps cells with functions such as autophagy.
What does science say about Qualia Nad +?
There have been a lot of studies in recent years on Nad and how it benefits the body. Since the Qualia supplement also contains a mixture of cofactors, I was interested in seeing how it happened in studies. A placebo controlled study examined how Nad de Qualia helped men and women.
Overall, Qualia Nad increased NAD levels on average by 67%. However, women have specifically seen even more advantages. Women have experienced a decrease of more than 19% of health challenges that tend to pay aging, almost double that of the placebo group. They have had significant improvements in various markers, including the following elements:
- Less irritability
- Mood
- Decrease in nervousness
- General well-being
- Sleep
- Energy
My experience with Qualia Nad +
I recently been able to experiment with the Nad de Qualia supplement. They recommend taking it in the morning because Nad plays an essential role by supporting your circadian rhythms. I noticed a certain increased energy and more concentration.
If you are not used to taking supplements with niacin in them, you may need to start slowly. Some people may experience “rinsing”, when the skin becomes more red to increased traffic. Although my skin was not red, I felt a little hoter due to the traffic boost!
The other thing to expect is that the Nad de Qualia has caffeine from coffee extract. It contains 28 mg of caffeine, which is equivalent to a cup of green tea. If you are really sensitive to caffeine, you may want to avoid this supplement. I don’t like to have a lot of caffeine in a day, and even if I don’t drink coffee every day, I opted for more decafferated coffee while I was trying the supplement. Overall, it is always a very low quantity and I do not feel alarmed. In addition, coffee plays a key role in helping Nad work better.
Final reflections on the Nad + of Qualia
I really like Qualia to stick to high -quality bioavailable nutrients with regard to their supplements. And as we start to age, Nad + is a great way to support our brains and bodies in the process.
If you want to know more about Qualia Nad + or try it for yourself, you can do it here. Their product is supported by a 100 -day reimbursement guarantee. And be sure to use the WMNAD promotional code for 15% reduction.
