The star of the ‘Duck Dynasty’ was 79 years old

Phil Robertson, the star and patriarch of the reality TV series “Duck Dynasty”, died at the age of 79.
A cause of death was not stated, but Robertson’s family revealed in December that they had received a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease.
Robertson’s daughter-in-law, Korie Robertson, published the news of her death on Facebook on Sunday. “We are celebrating today that our father, husband and grandfather, Phil Robertson, is now with the Lord,” she wrote. “He often reminded us of Paul’s words:” You will not cry like those who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus is dead and has increased again, and we therefore believe that God will bring with Jesus those who fell asleep in Him. “”
Hunter Professional and Business Man, Robertson got importance as a star of the series of reality A & E “Duck Dynasty” when it was launched in 2012, which followed the family that led the successful affairs they launched, Duck Commander. Robertson became a vocal figure of the conservative movement in the complexity of the 2016 presidential election, first approving Ted Cruz, then Donald Trump for the president and appearing frequently during gatherings.
Robertson was suspended from the “Duck dynasty” after saying in an interview that homosexual behavior was guilty. A & e raised the suspension after nine days.
An autobiographical film on the beginning of the life and the Christian faith of Robertson, “The Blind”, was released in 2023.
