Star Sports has unveiled a star-studded commentary line-up for India’s white-ball series against Australia, comprising three ODIs and five T20I matches. Ravi Shastri, Ricky Ponting, Harsh Bhogle and Adam Gilchrist feature in the multilingual commentary line-up for the upcoming series between India and Australia.
India is gearing up for a major white-ball tour of Australia, which begins on October 19. The team has already left for the tour, with seniors Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli joining the team. Shubman Gill has been appointed ODI skipper in preparation for the 2027 ODI World Cup.

The tour will begin with a three-match ODI series, which begins at Perth Stadium on October 19. The next two ODIs are scheduled to take place in Adelaide and Sydney. After the 50-over matches, the two teams will face off in a five-match T20I series.

The T20I leg of the tour begins on October 29 in Canberra, with the final match scheduled for November 8 in Brisbane. It is worth mentioning that the series will serve as valuable preparation for both teams ahead of the 2026 T20 World Cup.
Young players like Yashasvi Jaiswal, Dhruv Jurel, Harshit Rana and Nitish Kumar Reddy have been included along with seniors such as Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma.
Virat Kohli, Iyer and Rahul are expected to bat in the middle order, while the bowling unit includes Kuldeep Yadav, Arshdeep Singh, Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna. All-rounders Nitish Kumar Reddy, Axar Patel and Washington Sundar add depth and versatility.
