This ended a two-game winning streak for Kansas City as the Chiefs are now 2-3 on the season.
In Week 6, the Chiefs look to respond in a “Sunday Night Football” showdown against the Detroit Lions.
Throughout the week, the status of wide receiver Xavier Worthy has been a question mark. Worthy missed Thursday’s practice with a DNP. However, on Friday he returned to practice and is on track to play against the Lions.
The Chiefs also released their updated injury report, and there was full participation across the board.
“There are no injury designations for Sunday night’s game against the Lions.”
Here is the full list of Chiefs players who were on the full participant list Friday, per the team’s official release:

Worthy was a full participant Wednesday, but his absence from Thursday’s practice had some concerned about his status for the Lions game.
Worthy suffered a shoulder injury in Week 1, but returned in the game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Against the Jaguars, Worthy had six catches for 42 yards on nine targets.
As the Chiefs prepare to face the Lions, having a clean injury list is a promising development as they look to get back to .500.
