No air traffic control team at Los Angeles airport occupied in the middle of the Crunch government closure | California

Hollywood Burbank airport in Los Angeles will not have air traffic control staff for almost six hours on Monday evening, while the effects of the US government closed across the country.
From 4:15 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Federal Aviation Administration provides that there will be no air traffic controllers in their turn, although the FAA said it tries to call on endowment earlier than that, according to ABC News.
Some 13,000 air traffic controllers and approximately 50,000 agents of the transport security administration must always come to work during the closure. They are not paid and the controllers should miss their first pay check on October 14.
Transport secretary, Sean Duffy, said that sometimes air traffic staff has been reduced by 50% in certain regions since the start of closing last week.
The FAA has said that air trafficking endowment issues affect flights in many airports, including Newark, Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas and Burbank.
Delays will result from the reduction of staff, said Duffy, adding that if the disease calls increase, the air flow will be reduced to a rate that maintains air security.
Outgoing flights from Hollywood Burbank airport were delayed on average by an hour and 51 minutes at 5.30 p.m., according to the FAA, with the maximum delay reported at two hours and 35 minutes. The FAA report noted that the tower had no control of air traffic controllers and that the staff was listed as a condition of delays.
Although the air control tower is unmanned, southern California Tracon (control of the terminal radar approach) will control air traffic in airport airspace, FAA said. This installation provides air traffic control for the arrival and departure of flights in the region.
California governor Gavin Newsom was quick to blame Donald Trump for the shortage of staff. In an article on social networks, Newsom wrote: “Thank you, @realdonaldtrump! Burbank airport has no air traffic controllers from 4.15 p.m. to 10 p.m. today because of your government closure.”
Duffy and the President of the National Air Traffic Cuellers Association spoke during a press conference at Newark Liberty International Airport to discuss the effects of the closure. The airport is one of the three in the service of the highly democratic New York metropolitan region and is a large hub of United Airlines.
Duffy noted that the controllers are worried. “They think, will I get a pay check?” Duffy said, adding that some wonder: “Should I take a second job and drive Uber when I’m already exhausted to do an already stressful job?”
On Monday, the union reminded workers that “participation in professional action could result in the withdrawal of federal services” and that it was illegal.
“It is more important than ever that we are going on occasion and that we continue to provide the coherent public service level that we provide every day,” the union told members. “We cannot insist enough for it to be essential to avoid any actions that could find out badly on you, our union or our professions.”
In 2019, during a closure of 35 days, the number of absences by controllers and agents of the administration of transport of transport increased while workers lacked payroll checks, extending the waiting times in certain airports. The authorities were forced to slow down air traffic in New York, which has put pressure on the legislators to quickly end the deadlock.
