The New York Voltger activated the Tyrone Taylor from the injured list on Wednesday, while the Voltiger Jose Seri was appointed for assignment.
Taylor, 31, has not played since August 29 due to a tension in the hamstrings. He struck .218 with two circuits and 25 points produced in 109 games this season.
In seven seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers (2019-23) and Mets, Taylor is a career striker .237 with 50 circuits and 196 points produced in 570 games.
Siri, 30, struck. He missed a large part of the season with a fracture of the tibia.
In five seasons with the Houston Astros (2021-22) Rays (2022-24) and Mets, Siri is a career striker .206 with 54 circuits and 137 points produced on 372 games.
