Both have fewer fibers if they are refined

Whether not bleached or bleached, any refined flour will have much less fiber. The Mayo clinic says fibers can help reduce cholesterol levels, prevent constipation, fill you with less calories and help you live longer by reducing your risk of diseases such as heart disease and cancer.
