Arsenal star Gabriel Martinelli wants a starting role at the club

Arsenal striker, Gabriel Martinelli, was again on the match sheet, but his late contribution was not sufficient to guarantee the three points of the Mikel Arteta team.
The Brazilian striker, who left the bench, shared his reflections with the BBC match the day after the match, admitting that even if he was happy to score, the team felt disappointed not to leave with a victory.
Martinelli also mentioned how he is not happy as a substitute and wants to enjoy more playing time.
Speaking after the match, Martinelli admitted that Arsenal had done enough to win but was no chance in the decisive moments.
“Of course, we wanted to win the match,” he said. “I think we have created a lot of chance during the match and that we were simply unlucky at certain times. Happy with the goal but we did not want to draw the game, we wanted to win it, so let’s continue working to win them.”

Despite the creation of multiple opportunities, Arsenal could not find the instinct of killer in front of the goal. Martinelli’s strike gave them hope, but it was not enough to swing the result of their favor.
The Brazilian was quick to rent his teammate for help.

The 23 -year -old also discussed the challenge of not always starting the matches under Arteta, although he reiterated all his confidence in the manager.
