“The shell surmounts internal noise while Donald reveals the volume for Ryder Cup”

For Woods, read Scheffler, in the new era. Unlike so many others, it seems that winning the great Texan is a routine pursuit. The open and US PGA champion celebrates its sixth triumph of the year.

He overturned a deficit in two shots to beat the teammate of the Ryder Cup, Ben Griffin, in California.

“I did my best to stay in my own world and continue to be sits,” said Scheffler. “I did a good job to stay patient and finished it.”

Nothing, then.

But that, of course, ignores the thousands of hours of diligent preparation that creates such a reliable technique and with it consumed confidence.

Scheffler now has 19 wins in 150 PGA Tour departures. This is his second consecutive season with six or more trophies – since 1983, only Woods has experienced several years with six or more victories.

The current world number one remains simple. While the stars of the Ryder Cup in Europe in Wentworth last week were ready and happy to embrace the next competition and its many stories, Scheffler had more unique ideas.

“I am present, I’m ready to play this week,” said Scheffler before the Procore championship. “I did not show up in Napa to talk about the Ryder Cup for four days. I’m here to play in a golf tournament.”

It is only now that he will be ready to pay his attention to the quest for the United States to find the Ryder Cup in Bethpage, from September 26.

Europe is already during New York, familiar with the surroundings for what promises to be a tumultuous competition.

Captain Donald approaches the task of directing Europe for a first outside victory in 13 years with a diligence similar to Scheffler. His team has the chance to promote their minds and strategy for what could be a crucial couple of days.

The team, caddies and support staff will then remain in the United States to ensure that there is no problem on time difference when the match is coming.

They will also put on their virtual reality headsets programmed to recreate the kind of hostility of the crowds to which they expect to face in the “Bear Pit” of Bethpage.

Oh, the pleasure of the Phoney War.

But Donald leaves no stone not returned by preparing his players. That it is happy that Rory McILroy put this high -tech tactic in the public domain, however, is open to the question.

Some observers believe that this will only feed the fervor of the house fans, which will be determined to make the quest for Europe as difficult as possible.

And, as we know, winning is already the most difficult tasks.
