Best beef stew

It was excellent! I made more than 20 donuts due to the course of the dough within 1/2 inch. They were better the next day. I put a cinnamon stick in apple cider (house) with an old -fashioned press. Heated oil at 350 – Feel accomplished!

Brown butter with gentle potato gnocchi

I am not super experienced in the kitchen, but these were so good and I made myself feel like a real chef. I was impatient to make pasta from zero but it was quite simple, if a little ugly. The sage and the garlic appear perfectly with the sweet potato flavor. I will certainly redo this!
