Homemade pumpkin slat recipe

It is not a secret that I like coffee, and nothing says to fall like a pumpkin latte! See Starbucks PSL on their panels each fall puts my mouth water. But I cannot justify consuming so much sugar (50 grams in large size) plus all additives. Without forgetting that it costs about $ 6 + per cut to consume said sugar!
I wanted to find a way to get this pumpkin flavor without Barista. With my love for pumpkin coffee, I knew I had to find a way to do it at home for less.
A pumpkin spice recipe with a real pumpkin
I have refined this easy pumpkin latch recipe over the years and now I can’t drink anything else! It is easy to do for yourself or for a crowd with just a mixer and a stove (or slow cooker).
This pumpkin spice lanch has a very similar taste for PSL versions of coffee without artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners. Oh, and it actually contains pumpkin puree … because it is not a real pumpkin spices without it!
If you use the canned pumpkin purchased in stores and do not use the whole box, freeze the rest in ice cream trays and keep them in a bag for future prizes. Or use it in something like this hot pumpkin bread recipe. Discover the end of this article for more pumpkin recipe ideas.
Ingredients for a real pumpkin diet
I like to use raw and weed milk, but not everyone can have dairy products. This coffee recipe is naturally gluten -free, but you can also make it without dairy products. Coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk or macadamia milk. (Macadamia is my favorite!) These are easy to find in the store, but homemade nut milk is cheaper and less watered down.
I use half a pity of pumpkin pie spices, but you can use your own mixture of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg if you do not have pie spices at hand. It has a similar taste for Chai, but without cardamom or black pepper. These spices are naturally antioxidant and antimicrobial. Perfect for the time of year when colds and flus love to go. And the pure vanilla extract completes warming spices in this coffee drink.
In the lead
A spoonful of thick whipped cream or coconut cream ends this recipe and makes it additional decadent. Try a whipped cream distributor for the homemade whipped cream (and low sugar) on demand.
If you want to avoid sugar, do not hesitate to omit it. I use these pumpkin spice stevia drops and I don’t miss the sugar a little! I also like to add a little bit of vanilla to my homemade whipped cream. If you need to skip dairy products, no worries. You can easily make this coconut whipped cream.
Latte Pumpkin Latte Latte

How to foam milk
- Mixer method: Transfer carefully to a mixer and mix up for 20 to 30 seconds until it is frothy.
- Immersion mixer method: Use directly in the saucepan or in a jar and mix until the foam.
- Tarasher method: Portable friction also works, but warming first helps to deepen the flavor. This electric stainless steel Fretry warms up and launched at the same time.
Tips for making a latt pumpkin latte Latte
- Best milk to foam: The whole milk creates the most creamy foam (raw milk and nourished with grass is my favorite). However, almond or homemade cashew milk or barista style is also working well. Avoid thin walnut milks, which do not foam so easily. Macadamia nut milk is particularly delicious here!
- Shortcut advice: Many electric milk rubs can heat and foam at the same time. Thus, you can warm the milk, pumpkin and spices together in the Froteher before pouring into your cup.
If you want more, you can easily double, triple (or quadruple!) The recipe of more people. I even increased the ingredients by 10x before and keep it warm in a slow cooker or a carafe. For an ice version, use a strong cold infusion. Or cool the coffee first and mix all the ingredients in a mixer with 1/2 cup of ice.
For an additional boost of protein, I would sometimes add a tablespoon of collagen nourished with grass or a ball of healthy protein powder for more protein.
