He turned out to be great! Impossible to find cheese with black pepper, so used a habanero cheese mixed with aged cheese. I shred down a cup for everyone. Super easy and delicious. Will redo!

I did that last night and it was a success! We both loved it! Zero modifications have been made (except that I may have added a little more than 8 OZ of mushrooms, but it’s BC I Love Champlerooms!). This is definitely going in the rotation of the fall / winter soup. So delicious!

Easy Coq au Vin
