Texas Man responsible for murder in the shooting of the child playing a door of doorbell

A 42 -year -old man was accused of murder for allegedly shot an 11 -year -old boy who sounded the door and fled.

Julian Guzman played the game of pranks “Ding Dong Ditch” of sonnets just before 11:00 pm, local time (05:00 BST) Saturday evening in Houston, Texas, when he was shot, said the police.

The man, identified as Gonzalo Leon Jr, was placed on Tuesday and was sentenced to Harris County prison.

“Police were informed that Guzman sounded housekeepers in the region and flee,” Houston police department said in a statement. “A witness said Guzman ran from a house after ringing, just before undergoing a ball injury.”

Police said Guzman had been injured when they arrived at the scene and had been taken to a neighboring hospital. He died later Sunday.

A person was detained on the scene for interrogation and released later, they added.

A witness recalled that “someone failed from this house and shot the children who run in the street,” CBS News, the detective sergeant of the Houston police department, the BBC sergeant-detective, CBS News.

“Unfortunately, unfortunately, one of the boys, who was 11, was shot down,” he said.

He added that filming “looks like no type of self -defense”.

The pranks “Ding Dong Ditch”, which are becoming more and more popular on Tiktok, have already led to fatal shots.

A man from Virginia was charged in May from second degree murder to have allegedly shot a teenager who was shooting a Tiktok video of himself playing the stuffing on the house of the man, reported the New York Times.

A man from California was found guilty of murder in 2023 for killing three teenage boys by sinking his car into it after covered his doorbell like a farce, according to the Associated Press.
