Crystal Palace would be interested in signing the Liverpool Harvey Elliott striker during the summer transfer window.
The 22 -year -old has been linked to Liverpool’s distance in recent weeks, and he has to leave the Premier League champions to play regularly.
Elliott needs regular play at this stage of his career, and sit on the bench in Liverpool will not be beneficial to him. Crystal Palace considered it a potential replacement of Ebelechi Eze.
The 27 -year -old joined Arsenal earlier this summer, and the Eagles will have to replace him. It was an essential asset for them.
Crystal Palace wants Elliott
“It will be very difficult for Palace to replace Eze,” he told Football Insider.
“He was such a key figure of the team and in the way they played.
“But it is something on which they have already started working, and there are a few players that they watch who could potentially come to replace it.
“Harvey Elliott is the one I hear, they could be ready to take a step.
“He would be a good player for a number of clubs, and there are a few in the Premier League who still keep an eye on his situation.”
Harvey Elliott would improve the palace
Elliott could prove to be a quality long -term investment for the London Club. The 22 -year -old is able to operate in the center as well as on the sides. He will help create opportunities for his teammates and also find the back of the net. Regular football in Selhurst Park could also bring out the best of the player.
He has the potential to become a leading leading attacker, and Crystal Palace could provide him with the platform he needs. This decision could be ideal for all parties.
Liverpool has strengthened his attack unit this summer, and Elliott has dropped more in hierarchical order. The champions will seek to collect the player if the opportunity arises.
