One of the most recent and most dividing MCU films remain 2021 Ethernals. The distribution of the overall film was stacked with tastes Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Kit Harrington, Gemma Chan, Richard Maddenand more. Among the others, includes Kumail NanjianiWho played Kingo. In a recent interview on Mike Birbiglia‘s To work Podcast, Nanjiani explained that when he joined people like the Marvel cinematographic universe, there were high promises that could very well mean that we have not seen the last of the Eternals or Kingo. The character was recently spotted in Marvel What if? … Animated series, but there has not been a lot of rumbles of none of the Eternals since. Nanjiani explains:
“I was a year and a half at home to be like:” Oh, when this thing comes out … “And it came out and it had very bad criticism and it did not do well. It broke too much and that’s where I said to myself:” Oh, I needed to go in therapy to understand this. “It is a film entitled Eternal, you know, Big Marvel Movie. I signed for six films. I signed for a video game. I signed for a theme ride. They make you register for all of this. And so you are like: “Oh, these are the next 10 years of my life, so I will make Marvel movies every year, and then, I will do like my own little things, everything I want to do.” And then none of this happened. “”
