Apple accuses the former member of Apple Watch staff of plotting to steal commercial secrets against Oppo

Apple is continuing a former employee of Apple Watch’s team who left to join Oppo, alleging that he “had plotted to steal Apple’s commercial secrets relating to Apple Watch and disclose them to his new employers”.
Before starting his new job at Oppo, the employee, Dr. Chen Shi, attended “dozens” of meetings with technical members of the Apple Watch team to find out more about their work and downloaded 63 documents “from a protected box file” which he charged on a USB reader, according to the trial. Shi would have sent a message to Oppo saying that he was working to “collect as much information as possible” before starting his work. And he looked on the internet of terms like “how to erase MacBook” and “can someone see if I opened a file on a shared reader?” of his macbook issued by the apple before leaving the business.
Shi was previously an architect of sensor system at Apple, and the company says that it had “a headquarters for Apple development by its cutting -edge health sensor technology, including highly confidential roadmaps, design and development documents and specifications for ECG sensor technology.”
He is now heading a team working on OPPO detection technology – which Apple says that she learned because of the “messages he left on his work iPhone issued by Apple”. In his letter of resignation to Apple, Shi said that he was leaving “for personal and family reasons”. Via this iPhone, Apple also says that he has found messages from OPPO demonstrating that he “encourages, approved and accepted Dr. Shi’s plan to collect Apple’s own information before leaving Apple”.
When The penis I tried to contact Oppo for comments, the email rebounded because the mailbox was complete.
