Fans of Zack Snyder look forward to a word on the filmmaker’s next filmmaker’s filmmaker, and we now have the word that the Justice League The director should lead a film he hoped to have been in production for over 20 years.
Despite the faithful #RestorethesnyDerverse in the hope of seeing Snyder walking behind the camera for another film based on DC Comics, this film will mark a whole start for the director behind the tastes Watchmen, 300, dawn of the deadAnd Steel man.
Snyder will start to film his passion project, The last photographNext month. The Indie War Drama will featured Stuart Martin and Fra Libre, who both appeared in the Rebellious moon movies.
Production should take place in several places, notably Iceland, Colombia and Los Angeles.
Snyder also produces with a creative partner and wife Deborah Snyder and Wesley Colleler via their stone career banner. Gianni Nunnari and his Hollywood gang production company are also on board. Snyder’s longtime colleague Kurt Johnstad wrote the script, which is based on an original story by Snyder.
Hans Zimmer, Steven Doar and Omer Benyamin will compose the scoring.
The official synopsis reads as follows:

The project underwent significant changes since Snyder began to develop it more than two decades ago. The decor was Afghanistan, the story following a war correspondent emerging as the only survivor of an attack on a group of Americans. Christian Bale and Sean Penn were originally attached to Star.
“The idea of taking a camera in hand and simply making a film intimately is very attractive to me,” Snyder said in a statement. “The last photograph is a meditation of life and death, embodying some of the trials that I lived in my own life and the exploration of these ideas through the creation of images.”
Snyder has other projects at various stages of development, including the MMA film Brawlerand an action thriller centered around the LAPD.
