Dearica Hamby reveals that Sparks’ state of mind going on a trip on the road
The post of Dererica Hamby reveals that Sparks’ state of mind traveling on the road appeared first on the clutch points.
LOS Angeles – The Los Angeles sparks were one of the most popular teams of the WNBA who returned before the stars break with a record of 10-4 in their last 14 games. This race was a little cooled after their defeat of 105-97 Tuesday against New York freedom. The Sparks are now heading for a mini-road trip with the playoffs still at hand, and Delerica Hamby summed up the state of mind of the team as they continue to make an effort for the playoffs.

“Just continue the momentum we have had the last 12 games. A match should not break us,” said Hamby. “We have done a lot, and we did not play our best basketball. But we got three really important games to come that we need and have to win, and start from there.”
The next to come from Sparks will include two games, one against Dallas Wings on Friday and the other against Washington’s mystics on Sunday. The team then returns home on Wednesday August 20 against the Wings to finish the three -game section against teams under 0,500. If the sparks are serious at the idea of making the playoffs, they should win these three games, as Dearerica Hamby said.
In the current state of things, the Sparks are currently 15-17 and a half match behind the Seattle storm for the eighth and last place of the playoffs. They hold the current equality with the storm with an increasingly head-to-head match before the end of the regular season.
The sparks continuing their seasonal season, Hamby was one of the stabilizing influences of this team. During the team’s last victory last Sunday against the storm, Hamby marked the green light basket in the last seconds who would end up being the winner of the match.

She appeared in the 32 games at this point to just over 31 minutes per game. It has an average of a career summit of 17.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.6 interceptions with divisions of 56.9% of the field shooting, 27.3% of the three -point line and 61.1% of shooting from the free throw line.
Hamby, alongside Kelsey Plum, was the leaders of the Sparks this season, and after the defeat of Liberty, the head coach Lynne Roberts reaffirmed his belief in the leadership of his two stars in the last section of the regular season.
“These are two of the best players in the league, and therefore for me, I do not worry for these two. I hope they will open the way and show the way stars, the stars arise. And that’s what it will take. We have had a good race, but we haven’t finished yet,” said Roberts. “I have no doubt in these two next to me that they will be ready to shoot nails on the next match. And that’s what leadership is, and that’s what is one of the best players, it is responsibility that is accompanied.”
