May five recipes – cupboard kitchen

Cinco de Mayo is at the corner of the street!
Cinco de Mayo is a day celebrated in the United States and Mexico. In the United States, he is from American-mexic communities of the American West to commemorate the cause of freedom and democracy during the first years of the American civil war and has since spread. In Mexico, the day commemorates the victory of the Mexican army over the French forces during the battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. Celebrations in the United States generally include American-mexic culture, food, music and dance.
Mexican cuisine is certainly one of my favorites and Cinco de Mayo is the perfect excuse to remove some of my favorite Mexican dishes and to try some new ones! I launch things a little at the beginning of this year by testing new recipes and bringing together a list of some of my favorite Mexican dishes and Mexican inspiration dishes to share with you! I have to apologize for the duration of this list, there are so many good options from breakfast or brunch, snacks, main dishes and alongside and let’s not forget a lot of salsas, tacos and quesadillas! You really can’t go wrong to celebrate Mayo Cinco with tasty food and each of these recipes will be sure to please!
