UFC president Dana White qualified the $ 7.7 billion switch from the ESPN 7 -year promotion to paramount more “historic” and “incredible for fans and our athletes”.
From 2026, 13 numbered events and 30 combat night cards will be broadcast on the PARAMOUNT PLUS streaming platform, ending the UFC established à la carte payment model, including an agreement with ESPN since 2019.
“This agreement places the UFC among the largest sports in the world,” said White, adding that the agreement “will make it more affordable and accessible to see the biggest fights on a massive platform”.
“The exhibition provided by Paramount and CBS networks under this new structure is a huge victory for our athletes and all those who look at and love this sport.”

The new president and chief executive officer of Paramount, Mark Ellison, partly concluded the agreement in order to fill a sports programming during the summer, capitalizing on an audience estimated at 100 million UFC in the United States.
“Rarely, opportunities are presented with an exclusive basis with global sporting power like the UFC – an organization with extraordinary global recognition, a scale and a cultural impact,” said Ellison.
The contract payment calendar is more weighted towards the rear of the agreement.

ESPN currently has exclusive UFC rights in the United States, displaying via TV and mobile devices or web browser on Paramount +.
À la carte events cost $ 79.99 each for subscribers. The plans start at $ 11.99 per month, with packages available for specific sports.

UFC Fight Pass subscribers can also access the first preliminaries from à la carte cards and more than 200 live promotions such as Invicta FC, Glory Kickboxing, Quintet (Team Limited Grappling), Eddie Bravo Invitational, Polaris and Plus.
