Blue cheese clothes – bypass by low budget

Regarding salads, dressings can prepare or break a healthy meal. Although I am generally a vinaigrette girl, this creamy blue, tangy and pleasantly funky blue vinaigrette is always welcome to my table! It is the best of both worlds: slightly acidic but creamy with a great texture and fresh flavors. The other thing I like in this recipe is that it only involves a bowl to mix and a whisk! No need to dirty a mixer. Oh, and it has the taste SO Much better than the vinaigrette bought in store (and has no additives or thickeners!) 😉

Easy recipe for blue cheese vinaigrette
One of my favorite salads is a corner salad, and part of this is the creamy and dreamy vinaigrette with blue cheese. If you are not used to doing your own salad dressings, try it! You might be surprised by the difference it can do when you are able to modify the flavors exactly to your liking. For example, if you are not in blue cheese, you can easily exchange it for feta or goat cheese during this easy vinaigrette. What is even better is that I start this recipe with homemade bubble (just milk and lemon juice), so it is not necessary to buy a whole box of things purchased in stores that could be wasted!

How to take pictures of vinaigrette with blue steeple cheese

Gather all your ingredients.

Make the BABERER: Pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of whole milk to make woodter. Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes to thicken slightly.

Make the vinaigrette: Add the tuber, ¼ cup of cheese cheese cheese, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ⅓ cup of sure cream, ½ tsp.

Whisk well to combine the ingredients. Pour your babereter vinaigrette freshly prepared in an airtight container and enjoy!

How to use
This blue cheese vinaigrette is a must for a classic corner salad, but it is also delicious when it is exchanged for blue cheeses in a copious COBB salad. Try to burn it on my pear, my celery and my pacan salad instead of the spicy vinaigrette – it’s such a fun combo. And, of course, it is perfect with buffalo wings (or boffle cauliflower wings if you don’t eat meat!), As a dive for crunchy vegetables or coated on a turkey hamburger. I also think that it makes an excellent spread for wraps and sandwiches when you want something creamy with a little flavor.
Storage instructions
Keep your homemade blue vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It is better used within 3 to 5 days, but it can last a little longer. As a rule, it will remain good as long as milk and sure cream are always fresh. Give him a good shock or stir before serving.
