Rove de Jack Brinkley-Cook continues the Tequila brand of Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria’s Tequila brand faces a potential wood hanger in the form of a 2 million dollars trial filed by a company co-founded by Jack Brinkley-Cook, 30, the son of the model Christie Brinkley.

The Jack company, Rove – which provides short distance walks on high -end markets – continues the Tequila Casa del Sol de Longoria, alleging in court documents that the brand has not paid for an advertising campaign to take place on Rove cars in chic places like Hamptons, Palm Beach, Florida, and Aspen, Colo.

According to the costume, the “most eminent donors of the Tequila brand include high-visibility individuals such as the tennis legends Serena Williams and Garbiñe Muguruza, fashion designer and actress Kathy Hilton, the basketball star of the NBA Kyle Kuzma and the model of Brooks Nader.”

(Longoria – who called a co -founder of Casa del Sol on the Alcohol brand website and in her press releases – is not appointed as a defendant. She has no official management role in the company, we are told.)

Rove also belongs to another Hampton match, Gianpaolo de Felice, who runs the popular restaurant Sag Harbor Tutto Il Giorno and is married to the daughter of the designer Donna Karan, Gabby.

According to legal documents deposited in the Oriental District of New York in October, Casa del Sol signed a multi -year agreement to advertise the Rove car fleet, targeting the high -end party taking place in hot hot spots.

Rove claims that the Tequila brand of Longoria has not paid for work, despite the promises, while organizing parties and events.

“Despite the repeated insurance of Casa del Sol to cover that these payments would be to come,” said the costume, “Casa del Sol was, at the same time, spending sumptuously for extravagant promotional junkets, parties and other events – Casa del Sol finally failed and refused to pay.”

The Tequila brand rented a hotel-shop in Aspen in 2023, welcoming VIPs like Nader, chef Mario Carbon, music producer and DJ Celeb Diplo and influencers Danielle Bernstein and Rocky Barnes.

The brand also rented a mansion for Tiktok Alix Earle star and his friends in the Hamptons in 2023.

In 2022, the brand had rented a manse by the sea of 25 million dollars in the Hamptons during the Memorial Day weekend, organizing evenings that attracted worldly and influencers.

The initiative was crowned with a performance from Paris Jackson to Stephen Talkhouse.

In 2022, the brand was also in Miami for Art Basel, organizing a yacht party with Vogue and another with the designer and star of reality Rebecca Minkoff.

After Casa del Sol failed to pay Rove, according to court documents, this stopped the campaigns.

Legal documents allege that the brand was “late in November and December 2023, and it also paid to the payment payments of January 1, 2024 under these agreements. As such, Rove was forced, in January 2024, to suspend its operations. ”

According to the trial, Rove “has initiated significant costs and expenses within the framework of the agreements”.

Rove alleys that he had “substantial costs”, in particular “the unused vehicles he had bought, prepared with documents and dispatched to Florida and Colorado; the many engines and other staff members he had hired; and the important technical and logistics infrastructure that it had implemented for advertising campaigns. ”

The star of “Desperate Housewives” helped launch Casa del Sol in 2021.

Casa del Sol lawyer Andrew Bochner said on page six in a press release: “The company is aware of the related trials and allegations concerning financial irregularities, as well as the calendar of these actions. The company had already started an investigation, and we are currently examining these questions with the greatest seriousness.

The representatives of Rove and Longoria did not come back to us.
