Paris – After a one -month trial, eight of 10 people accused of having stolen billionaire celebrity Kim Kardashian In Paris in 2016, was sentenced on Friday.
The leader and seven other people involved in the robbery have been found guilty, but will not return to prison. The court acquitted two accused accused of having distributed information about the place where Kardashian is located.

The chief judge, David de Pas, said that the ages of the defendants – the oldest are 79 years old and that some others were in sixties and the 1970s – weighed on the court’s decision not to impose more severe sentences which would have sent them to prison. Boyer, 35, is the only young person involved in crime.

The 10 accused were known in France under the names of Les Papy Braquers, or “grandfather thieves” because of their age. Some arrived in court in orthopedic shoes and Khedache, now deaf and largely silent, leaned over a cane. Khedache and Abbas, who previously admitted their parties during the flight, apologized to Kardashian and the court before their conviction and their conviction.
