5 strange products that operate on electric tool batteries

Being equipped with appropriate tools can make any DIY or construction project project easier and more efficient, but sometimes the tool you need is the one you don’t know. Many of you have a wireless drill, Sawzall and other random tools, but did you know that your favorite brand is also doing things like a TIG welder or a coffee machine for a fresh cup on the site?
Nowadays, most of the main tool manufacturers, including Ryobi, Dewalt, Kobalt, Milwaukee and others, make a wide assortment of tools powered by the same battery. My Ryobi One + 18 battery feeds more than 200 different tools, and I have more than 30 which can exchange between this same battery. It’s pretty practical, and when you see these five unique “tools” powered by battery below, you will be quite surprised.
See battery microwave
If you are a fan of Makita electric tools, you probably have an assortment of 18V tools, like exercises, and maybe even some that work on its 40V platform. If you have 40V batteries, we have something you will like.
Imagine working on a cold site and being able to warm up this lunch that you have prepared to make yourself spend the day? The microwave Makita 40V Max XGT covered you. Seriously, throw your food, throw a few 40V batteries and increase the heat. The Makita battery microwave has a large durable handle, 500 / 350W of modes and an interior capacity of 2.1 gallons for large bowls, burritos or even a few slices of pizza. Whatever you plan to eat on your lunch break, this wild gadget has covered you. At $ 899, it’s not cheap, but can you put a price on convenience?
Milwaukee solder
Milwaukee is one of the most popular and reliable names in electric tools, and for a good reason. Everyone has their preference for brands of electric tools, and we are all passionate. Milwaukee manufactures hundreds of tools for all kinds of jobs, tasks or professions, and I recently learned that the company makes a battery welding iron. How cool is it?
Go to any hardware store or somewhere like Home Depot, and once you have exceeded all the Ryobi tools, you may find a milwaukee M12 welding iron which will pass your workflow to the next level. This 12 -volt M12 tool reaches up to 750 ° F in just 18 seconds, maintains the temperature and can easily be used with one hand. So, the next time you have welding to do, plan to take one.
TIG welder powered by Dewalt battery
This next will surprise you a little. Did you know that Dewalt has teamed up with ESAB and will sell you a TIG welder that works on the same 20V battery packs as all its other tools? It is absolutely wild.
The Stick / Live Tig Dewalt ESAB Renegade Volt ES200i Stecker offers up to 150A Max outlet on battery, or you can use a CA power cable to get even more juice. While some people prefer MIG to a TIG configuration, TIG welding often offers greater precision and a cleaner finish. So, if you go off the beaten track or if you need a certain versatility in your configuration, think of this TIG welding machine powered by battery.
Naturally, it is incredibly expensive, but you will get four batteries Dewalt Flexvolt 20V / 60V Max 12Ah to execute the machine.
Ryobi 18v Hybrid Led Lights
Ryobi is another extremely popular electric tool option. They are easily available in any home depot, affordable and fairly reliable. I love my Ryobi tools. Most brands offer “work fires” configurations and I have some Ryobi lights. However, I recently bought lights of Ryobi LED cables for $ 65, and they are already one of my favorite Ryobi products.
Like many other Ryobi hybrid tools, LED cable light can run a single battery + 18V or be connected to any CA extension. The kit is delivered with three luminous and powerful LED cans, each separated by 10 feet of cable, which makes them easy to mount anywhere. The result is useful exterior lights which offer more than 1,500 output lumens. Although I have them in my garage, they will be perfect for the campsite. Check them and get a set today.
See the wireless coffee machine
The last but not the least is the Makita wireless coffee maker, and it is probably my favorite of the group. Of course, the TIG welder powered by battery is neat, but I’m not good for welding, and it’s very expensive. What I can understand, however, is a portable wireless coffee machine that facilitates the food of my dependence on caffeine anywhere.
Like the microwave we mentioned earlier, the 18V 18V outdoor adventure coffee machine rises from two of the batteries that you probably already have. Bring camping to the fresh coffee (or on a site), pour water, slap a few batteries and enjoy a cup of fresh, hot and tasty joe. You are welcome!
Have you ever thought that you could remove the battery from your wireless power drill and use it to run a microwave? I didn’t do it. Although there are certainly other random and obscure electrical tools of most of the main brands, many of them are niche items for specific work, and not downright strange like the above articles.
We could have added several others to this list, but things like a tig welder or a microwave powered by battery are really cool at the upper level.
