The night of murder

The stab wounds took place on September 29, 2021. Around 4:41 am, Benjamin called 911 and I said: “I just killed my sister”, adding that he thought it was a dream. The call audio and a registered police interview were presented in the report, the investigators noting that he had been found attempting from RCR when the deputies arrived. CBS News reported these details and included the 911 Audio and interview in broadcasting.

The knife was an Air Force survival knife given by his father earlier in the day, a point that attracted a meticulous examination to the trial. The prosecutors allegedly alleged that it had been awake before the attack and argued that two neck injuries and a blood diagram showed the intention, including an assertion that a pillow could have been used to cover Meghan’s face.

According to ABC13, the state argued that telephone activity, the lack of straps on the walls and the pillow support their theory. Benjamin would have told the police that he had placed a pillow to try to stop bleeding.
