What you need to know
- A fast-moving system overnight Sunday into Monday will produce heavy rain, strong wind gusts and a very low risk of tornadoes.
- A strong cold front moves through late tonight with the storm.
- There is a very slight risk of tornadoes associated with the storm system.
- Rain arrives from West to East from 11 p.m. By 3 a.m., rain will have moved into most of New Jersey and will begin to taper off in Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.
- Monday morning, the rain will have cleared the area.
