3 members of the “Meet the Putnams” family of TLC killed, 5 injured in the Michigan crash

Three members of the Putnam family, who shared their lives in the TLC “Meet the Putnams” show, died in a car accident on Friday.
The family confirmed the “dad” bill Putman, his wife Barb, and their daughter-in-law Megan died in a shared press release on Instagram. Eight family members were together when a vehicle crashed on Friday. The other five family members inside the vehicle were injured.
The family gave an update on the injured in the accident on Sunday.
“Noah is still on sedation, but we are very grateful to see that he is answering us with the movement,” said a statement on Instagram. “GIA suffered a craniotomy last night, and we are grateful to announce that her care team shared encouraging news, her brain pressure has decreased considerably.”

The family asked for continuous prayers while Noah and Gia recover.
“Through all this, we continue to firmly hold our faith, knowing that God has a plan and a goal for everything. Even in the most difficult moments, he is present, working in a way that we may not understand yet,” wrote the family. “Thank you all for prayers, love and continuous support. We feel your strength and your faith around us. Please continue to lift Noah and Gia while they heal.”

The authorities said that a sales semi-commercial in charge in southern direction had failed to stop and crashed into the family jeep, which was heading east.
