3 Frozen Yogurt Ingredient – Budget bytes

When it comes to a giant waffle cone stacked with freezing and soft balls of icy yogurt, I never think twice. I don’t care if it’s 9 a.m. or 9 p.m., I’m going to that! This super easy ice yogurt with 3 ingredients is my favorite summer magic turn! With just a little time spent mixing the ingredients, thanks to a hand mixer (no necessary ice manufacturer!), This Froyo vanilla is light, sweet and Oh-So-Creamy. I am big on the texture, especially with regard to frozen treats, and this icy yogurt does not disappoint. Without forgetting, it costs money to do at home compared to the first way to scoop shop!

Iced yogurt recipe with 3 ingredients
I played with a bunch of combos, but this trio of ingredients always strikes the ideal point when I make homemade ica. The most difficult part of Froyo homemade is to obtain the perfect creamy texture. Too much water in the mixture means too many ice crystals. Complete Greek yogurt is my go-to because it is thick, tangy and tense, so it does not have much additional water hanging out. Then the sweet condensed milk draws the double duty by keeping the sweet things And smooth. He has just enough sugar and creamy to help reduce the formation of these annoying ice crystals that can make the Froyo made a little too crunchy.
What about vanilla? It brings a familiar flavor and makes it all taste for the real matter. It is a treat seriously adapted to a budget, and your family can personalize theirs as they wish; I love throwing a small garnish bar according to candies or chocolate chips that we have on hand in the house!

How to take pictures step by step from the icy yogurt

Gather all your ingredients.

Mix the ingredients: Add a 14 Oz. CAN EUE CONDENSET DU SWERTERED, 1 quarter full fat yogurt Greek and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.

Using a hand mixer, mix at high speed for about 5 to 8 minutes until everything is fully combined, smooth and soft.

Freeze: Now cover the bowl with a plastic film and place it in the freezer for 8 hours until it is frozen. Make sure your bowl is safe freezer! If this is not the case, you can transfer it to another freezer safety container before freezing. Scoop and enjoy it!

- Stay with complete Greek yogurt and sweet condensed milk. I tried low -fat versions and ordinary yogurt, and they just don’t cut it. Too much water leads to an icy texture, and low -fat condensed milk (or evaporated milk) will not give you the sweetness or creamy that this recipe needs.
- Use shallow containers to freeze it faster. If you want to accelerate things (and that doesn’t do it when there is iced yogurt on the line?), Divide the mixture into one or two shallow containers. The more the thin layer, the more it freezes and the less time you spend a eye in the freezer.
- If you have an ice cream machine, go for it. Although this recipe works very well without one, you can use an ice cream machine to do it. Simply follow the manufacturer’s instructions and get away from it.
- Cover the surface to help prevent ice crystals. I use a plastic film, but press a piece of parchment paper against the surface of the Froyo mixture will also work.
Service variations and ideas
Once this Greek yogurt ice cream is frozen, it is ready to serve! I like a classic waffle cone, but a bowl also works very … especially when you load it with garnishes. 😋 Here are some delicious variations and service ideas:
- Garnish with chocolate chips, crushed candies, glitter or chopped nuts (whatever you have in the pantry!)
- Turn off the vanilla extract for a different flavor, such as almond or lemon
- Water with a fruity blueberry sauce or a strawberry freezer jam
- Stir in chocolate pieces or fries, mini marshmallows or fresh fruit such as blueberries, diced strawberries or chopped fisheries before freezing
- For a rich, sweet and salty combo, sprinkle with salted caramel sauce
- Do you want to make a fruit flavor? Mix yogurt, condensed milk and fresh or frozen fruits in a mixer and mix until
- Remove iced vanilla yogurt between two chocolate chip cookies for a quick and easy dessert sandwich
- Try to garnish your service with a balsamic frosting for a surprisingly delicious treat that is really worth trying!
Storage instructions
This iced vanilla yogurt can be stored in the freezer up to 1 to 2 months. Make sure it is covered and in a secure freezer container. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before picking up, so that it can soften a little if it is too firm to pick up.
